Bhupinder Singh founded InCred Group in 2016 with InCred Finance starting in March 2016, InCred Capital – Wholesale Banking starting in September 2019, InCred Wealth starting in December 2019 and InCred AMC starting in September 2020.

Head of Corporate Finance division
He was the Head of Corporate Finance division for Deutsche Bank in the Asia Pacific region managing the bank’s corporate coverage, investment banking, capital markets, advisory and treasury solutions businesses.

Global Head
Prior to his move to Asia, he was the Global Head of Deutsche Bank’s Fixed Income Structuring business based in London, covering all aspects of fixed income product structuring.

Bhupinder brings over two decades of experience in financial services, with 10 years of experience in steering Indian businesses. He founded the InCred Group in 2016 to build a world-class diversified financial services company; InCred Retail started in 2016, and InCred Capital in 2018. He was the former Asia-Pacific Co-Head of Investment Banking & Securities at Deutsche Bank. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM Ahmedabad.

Arjun has over 28 years industry experience across corporate, investment banking and wealth management with Standard Chartered, UBS and JP Morgan. Arjun was most recently with Deutsche Bank based in Singapore as the Deputy Global Head South Asia business. He has a strong focus and connect with Ultra High Net worth and family office segment of the market. Arjun holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and a MBA from International Management Institute, Delhi.

A career wealth management professional with 15+ years of experience. Srikantan was with Deutsche Bank Wealth Management since 2016 where he managed ~$1bn in client assets. Between 2011 and 2016 Srikantan was part of the WM team at JP Morgan Singapore where he covered SFOs and UHNIs across SEA and ME. Srikantan holds a PGDM from IIM Bangalore and B. Tech from IIT Bombay.

With over two decades of experience across leading global financial institutions, Rohit carries deep expertise in wealth management, corporate finance and strategic advisory. He served as Managing Director at Barclays Bank PLC (DIFC – Dubai), leading the South Asian Clients business, and earlier held senior roles with UBS AG Singapore, ABN AMRO, and Bank of Nova Scotia. Rohit founded Arrow Capital in 2016, which proudly became part of the InCred Global group in 2025, marking a new chapter of growth and collaboration. His extensive experience across the Far East, Middle East, Africa and the UK enables him to offer ultra-high-net-worth clients holistic, insight-driven advisory solutions built on analytical rigour and global perspective.

Anup has 18+ years of buy side experience across Equity, Bonds, Credit Derivatives & Convertibles working across Singapore, UK & Dubai. He was the head of ICICI Bank (UK) Investment Management Group which oversaw a multi-asset portfolio of ~$750mn. Prior to joining InCred, Anup was CIO for JM Financial (Singapore) and Banyan Tree Asset Management. Anup holds a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad, B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering, CFA charter & FRM.
